we warmly welcome you and wish you a pleasant stay at the pearl of the Adriatic – the town of Baška Voda, located on the beautiful Makarska Riviera.

We offer modern, comfortable, and affordable apartments in a new villa with a swimming pool, holding an energy efficiency certificate rated “A”. We are situated in an excellent location, only 90 meters from the famous Nikolina Beach, at Stjepana Radića 5.

All our apartments are modernly and well equipped. We offer a total of six (6) apartments: five (5) one-bedroom apartments rated 3★ and one (1) two-bedroom duplex apartment rated 4★.

a) One-Bedroom Apartments (2+2)

Each apartment features a separate bedroom with a double bed, a spacious bathroom with a large shower, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a living room with air conditioning (cooling and heating). The living room includes a comfortable sofa bed for two adults or children, as well as unlimited Wi-Fi. From the living room, there is access to a large balcony (9 m²).

b) Two-Bedroom Duplex Apartment (4+2)

On the lower floor, there is a modern bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a living room with air conditioning and a sofa bed, as well as unlimited Wi-Fi. A spiral staircase leads to the upper floor, where there is a large bedroom with a double bed and two fully equipped bathrooms (one larger and one smaller).

Additional Amenities:

• All guests may use the fitness room in the basement, near the swimming pool

• A barbecue area is located in the courtyard behind the villa

• Each apartment has its own washing machine in a separate room

• Hot water is provided by solar energy

• Each apartment includes one secured parking space (included in the accommodation price)

As hosts, we take care of your comfort:

• Bed linen is changed every 7 days (or more often upon request)

• Towels are changed every 7 days (or as needed)

• Baby cots, high chairs, children’s toys, and pool equipment are available upon request

Thanks to its excellent location, Baška Voda and the Makarska Riviera are ideal destinations for holidays both in summer and winter. Nearby, you can visit:
