It is with great joy that we welcome you and warmly invite you to visit the Adriatic pearl – the town of Baška Voda, located on the beautiful Makarska Riviera.

We offer modern, comfortable, and affordable accommodation in a newly built villa with a swimming pool, certified with an “A” energy rating. Our villa is in a prime location—just 60 meters from the popular Nikolina Beach—at Stjepan Radić Street No. 5, right next to Hotel Horizont****. Our guests enjoy access to the same beach and beach facilities as those staying at the hotel.

All our apartments are modern and well-equipped. We offer a total of six (6) apartments: five (5) one-bedroom apartments rated 3★, and one two-bedroom duplex apartment rated 4★.

a) One-Bedroom Apartments (2+2)

Each unit features a separate bedroom with a double bed, a spacious bathroom with a large shower, a fully equipped modern kitchen, a dining area, and a living room with air conditioning (for cooling and heating). The living area includes a comfortable sofa bed suitable for two adults or children, as well as unlimited Wi-Fi access. From the living room, you can step out onto a large 9 m² balcony.

b) Two-Bedroom Duplex Apartment (4+2)

On the first level, the duplex offers a modern bedroom with a double bed, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room with air conditioning and a sofa bed for two adults or children, along with unlimited Wi-Fi. A spiral staircase leads to the upper floor, which includes a spacious bedroom with a large bed and two fully equipped bathrooms (one large, one small).

Additional Amenities:

• All guests have access to a fitness room located in the basement next to the pool.

• A barbecue area is available behind the parking lot in front of the villa.

• Separate utility rooms include a washing machine for each apartment.

• Hot water is provided by solar energy.

As your hosts, we take great care to ensure your comfort:

• Bed linen is changed every 7 days (or more often upon request)

• Towels are replaced every 7 days (or more often if needed)

• Baby cots, high chairs, playpens, pool toys, and other baby equipment are available on request

Thanks to our location, Baška Voda and the Makarska Riviera are ideal destinations for both summer and winter holidays. You can visit nearby attractions such as:

• Biokovo Nature Park

• The Vepric Sanctuary in Makarska

• The Shrine of Međugorje (Herzegovina)

• Krka Waterfalls near Šibenik

• Rafting on the Cetina River

• Plitvice Lakes National Park

• The cities of Split (Diocletian’s Palace) and Dubrovnik (Old Town)

• Blue and Red Lakes near Imotski

• River safari in the Neretva Valley (Vid and Prud – Restaurant “Mate & Džudža”)

• Vranjača Cave in Dugopolje

• One-day boat trips to the islands of Hvar and Brač (via ship “Bibe”)
